I don't know where my money has gone that I won ? They can't help me.
I don't know where my money disappeared to ? I like the site and had fun, but it's hard to get my winnings into my bank account. Isn't going into my bank account and it didn't go back to my account at karamba. I asked the casino if I had to resend my banking information so I could receive my cash but they said they had no more information for me. I was told to ask my bank why it wasn't receiving my casino withdrawal, but my bank said there was no deposit request at all. The first few times the money got sent back my karamba account, so I tried a 3rd time to withdraw $2000.00 and it didn't show up in my bank account and didn't go back into my karamba account. I tried to make a withdrawal 3 times so far. At first I did get my money sent to my bank account ,but I'm having problems lately to receive my withdrawals. I had to send my banking information and documents twice with a swift code to receive my withdrawals a few diffrent times.
